FAQ

Q: Is your PIN pad broken?

A: No. But admittedly it's quirky! When you go to access your products here you theoretically should be able to just punch in the PIN code and hit 'Enter'. However, that doesn't always do the trick. If that fails the number pad usually blinks at you. If that's the case, 99% of the time you can get it to work by just hitting 'Enter' a second time while the number pad is still blinking at you. If that doesn't work, wait a few seconds for it to stop blinking at you and then try entering the code again and hitting 'Enter'. If that STILL doesn't work then knock on the front door and let us know and we'll help you get your products right away...we're always happy to help!

Q: When does Farmer's Cellar (Free!) send notification after food is dropped off?

A: Almost always immediately. Otherwise, as soon as we're aware that a shipment has been dropped at the site and can sit down and make contact. Generally speaking, this is one of the highest priorities for Farmer's Cellar (Free!). We want you to have a very consistent experience of always being notified in as short a time as possible after your products are dropped off.

Q: How does Farmer's Cellar (Free!) send notification?

A: Email.

Q: When are good hours for pickup?

A: If you have the PIN code for self serve access, try to keep your pickup between 7AM - 7PM, 7 days a week. Although straying a bit outside those hours occasionally shouldn't be a problem. If you do not have the PIN code, just contact us and we'll get you set up.
